Our check-in time begins at 3:00 p.m., with check-out scheduled before 11:00 a.m. the following day. A fee of NT$400 per hour will be applied for late check-outs, with late check-outs of less than an hour will be charged as a full hour. Guests checking out more than four hours past the designated time will be charged for a full day’s room rate.
Each room is equipped with two key cards. Kindly return both key cards upon check-out. A compensation fee of NT$300 per card will be charged for any lost key cards.
Identification Required: Upon check-in, please provide your booking reference number and present your physical passport for verification. Please note that digital photos or photocopies of your passport on mobile phones will not be accepted. If valid identification cannot be provided, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in without a refund.
Payment Methods: Accommodation fees can be paid in full via online credit card payment at the time of booking, or upon check-in at the front desk using cash or a credit card. If you have any questions regarding the use of gift vouchers or payment methods, please feel free to contact our front desk staff at any time.
Due to the participation in environmental protection , we no longer provide disposable amenities in rooms. For continuous stay, the beddings will not be changed. For water consumption, please bring the water kettle provided in the room to the nearest water dispenser for refill. Please kindly inform the front desk if you need to purchase amenities or changing for the beddings. Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.
Room Amenities Request Policy:
To promote environmental sustainability and maintain our service quality, additional room amenities are subject to the following guidelines:
．Towels & Slippers: Each room may request up to one additional set (towel and slippers) free of charge.
．Blankets: Each room may request up to one additional blanket free of charge. Due to limited availability, please inform us or make a reservation in advance; on-site requests will be subject to availability.
．Pillows: All rooms are standardly equipped with two pillows per person. To ensure optimal comfort and space on the bed, we do not provide additional pillows.
The fee of the buffet is $528 per head for every addtional person. For children 6 – 11 years old, will be charged $317 for the buffet. Breakfast time starts from 07:00 to 10:00.
Extra Person Charges
Children aged 0–6 (inclusive): Stays free of charge (maximum of 2 children per room sharing existing bedding).
Children aged 7 (inclusive) and above: NT$1,200 per night.
The above fee includes: 1 pillow, 1 blanket, 1 welcome gift, 1 set of towels, and 1 pair of paper slippers.
Kindly Note: For children who stay for free without an extra bed, additional amenities and bedding will not be provided in the room.
The hotel prohibits any sort of illegal drug use, gambling, fighting, prostitution, carrying of dangerous objects.
If customer happen to damage any equipment or fixtures inside the hotel premises, the Hotel reserves a right to charge the full cost of double compensation.
This is a 100% NON-SMOKING Hotel. Any breach of the non-smoking rule in the hotel , in-door areas will incur a fine of NTD$6000.
